What determines the price of construction work?
Our valuation process is based on a detailed analysis of your project. To prepare a cost estimate, we need the specifications and a plan for the construction work. Visual documentation, such as photos or videos of the construction site and its surroundings, will also be helpful. Additionally, if possible, please provide a list of works, which we typically receive from the investor or architect.
How long does the valuation process take?
We prepare construction cost estimates within 2-5 business days of receiving all the necessary documents. This timeframe depends on the complexity and scope of the work involved in the project.
How long is a valuation prepared by your company valid?
The cost estimate for construction work depends on many factors, including project specifications and the type and quality of building and finishing materials. For this reason, each valuation is prepared individually. The validity period for a valuation is therefore 14 days.
Are any additional documents needed to begin a partnership with Snbestimate?
To begin working with Snbestimate, you only need to send us your company's details and your NIP (or VAT) number. We will use this information to issue an invoice.
How does the construction cost estimation process work?
At Snbestimate, we begin the construction cost estimation process by gathering the necessary documents: plans, photos, specifications, and a list of construction works. After preparing the cost estimate, we inform the client about the project timeline and the final valuation. Upon acceptance of the offer, we issue an invoice and begin the work.
